| | Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 T. sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter. Pack into a 9 inch pie pan to cover bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
For filling, blend together the cream cheese and milk. Add 1/3 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Place peach slices in cool, baked graham cracker crust. Pour cheese mixture over peaches; bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. If desired, garnish top with additional peach slices and dust with nutmeg. |
