| | Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and carrots. Bake 45 minutes in 350 oven or until toothpick inserted in center is clean. Half recipe makes a loaf cake. Otherwise, can be made as a layer cake. Ice when totally cool. Refrigerate after frosting. |
